Our verdict

IsraeliSIM is a prepaid sim only eSIM seller for anyone putting a data line in Israel for a short stretch, with unlimited data at $29.99 and an overall score of 8.8 on the comparison. Choose it for the eSIM and 5G mix rather than for carrier-direct perks.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Unlimited data is priced at $29.99, which ranks IsraeliSIM at 100 of 173 on that measure.
  • eSIM and 5G both come as standard, covering what most people check first on a line bought abroad.
  • Sim only plans on terms of 1-month keep the handset out of the deal and the commitment short.
  • Hotspot sharing is supported, so a tablet or laptop can ride on the same connection.
  • Based in IL and trading since 2006 as Prepaid SIM Card Israel, the seller is a long-standing operation.

Cons

  • IsraeliSIM is a reseller rather than a network, while GETESA, Lonestar Cell MTN and yesss! each sell as network, so the host carrier sits further up the chain.
  • On price from, $22.99 leaves IsraeliSIM at 238 of 258, so the cheapest starting offers sit elsewhere on the comparison.
  • Moving from the $22.99 entry point to $29.99 for unlimited data is a step up from the outset, so heavy users pay more straight away rather than only later.

Who it suits

  • Travellers who want a data-only line ready before they land, since eSIM, sim only and 5G are all offered on the same plan.
  • Anyone keeping the commitment short: billing is prepaid and terms run 1 month.
  • Readers who will use a lot of data in one go, since unlimited data is $29.99.

Who should look elsewhere

  • Lonestar Cell MTN, if you want the seller to be the network itself, as it is there while IsraeliSIM is a reseller.
  • yesss!, if you would rather read one operator's own tariff list than pick a plan from a reseller.
  • Readers chasing the lowest starting price, since $22.99 ranks 238 of 258 on the comparison.

Where it sits among rivals

IsraeliSIM is unremarkable at the cheap end and considerably stronger once unlimited data is the measure. Ranked on price from, the brand sits at 238 of 258 compared sellers, close to the back of the field. Ranked on unlimited price it sits at 100 of 173, a far better showing than the entry ranking. The reading is simple: the starting price is not the argument, the unlimited tier is. Readers who know they want heavy data before they start comparing come out ahead here, while anyone shopping on the headline entry figure alone should look further down the table.

Pricing

Pricing splits into an entry point and an unlimited tier, and the two sit far apart. Plans start at $22.99, the figure that appears in the cheapest column and that most readers check first. The unlimited option is priced at $29.99, a clear step above the entry figure. Nothing in the published pricing points to a promotional opening rate replaced at renewal: the entry figure and the unlimited figure read as the standing monthly rates, so the choice is about how much data to buy rather than a discount that later disappears. Skim only the cheapest number and the real cost of a full month of heavy use stays hidden.

What it does well

The essentials are short and current. IsraeliSIM offers sim only plans, so what is being sold is the connection rather than a handset, and it runs on 5G. Delivery is as an eSIM, which removes any waiting on a card to arrive by post and fits a line set up before arrival. Hotspot sharing is supported, so the same connection can carry a tablet or laptop. Nothing in the basics is missing for a data-led line, and the emphasis is squarely on data rather than extras.

How IsraeliSIM compares

Frequently asked questions

What kind of plans does IsraeliSIM sell?+

IsraeliSIM sells sim only plans, so there is no handset in the package. Delivery is as an eSIM, the line runs on 5G, and hotspot sharing is included. Billing is prepaid, and plans sit on terms of 1 month, which suits a country visit rather than a long stay.

How much is the cheapest plan?+

The published entry point is $22.99, the HOT Mobile eSIM plan on the smallest allowance on the published list. On the comparison that price puts IsraeliSIM at 238 of 258, so the cheapest starting offers sit elsewhere and this brand competes on what the higher tiers carry.

What does unlimited data cost?+

The unlimited option is priced at $29.99, the same figure as the SCANT plan. Ranked on that measure IsraeliSIM sits at 100 of 173, which places it among the stronger unlimited prices on the comparison rather than as a bare entry-level seller.

Is IsraeliSIM a network or a reseller?+

It is a reseller. The SIM is issued by an intermediary, with the host network further up the chain, whereas GETESA, Lonestar Cell MTN and yesss! are each recorded as network. Readers who would rather deal with the operator behind the network can weigh those sellers instead.

Where is IsraeliSIM based and who runs it?+

The operation is based in Israel and trades as Prepaid SIM Card Israel, with a founding year of 2006, so this is a long-standing local seller rather than a recent setup. Plans are aimed at people needing Israeli coverage on arrival rather than a home-market contract.

How do I get help if something goes wrong?+

Support runs on email, chat and phone, so a problem with an eSIM activation can be raised by phone or chat without setting foot anywhere. That is a broad set of routes to have behind a prepaid line bought before a trip.

Which plan suits heavy data use?+

The published list runs from the HOT Mobile eSIM plan on a small allowance, through the SCANT plan on a much larger one, to the BUSINESS plan with the largest allowance. People who plan to stream or tether for a whole period should start near the top of that ladder rather than at the $22.99 entry point.

Should I look at one of the alternatives instead?+

IsraeliSIM is a reseller, so if buying from the network itself matters to you, yesss! is recorded as a network and keeps the selling relationship with the operator. IsraeliSIM fits the reader who wants a prepaid eSIM line quickly rather than a carrier tariff relationship.
