Our verdict
019 Mobile is an Israeli MVNO built for people who want cheap data without a long tie in, with sim only plans from ILS 10 and prices fixed for life on its headline packages. It suits budget users on Partner or Pelephone who value straightforward data over handset extras.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Sim only and eSIM are both offered, so there is no handset bundle to pay for.
- Entry plans start at just ILS 10, well under the €23.19 typical of plans with unlimited data.
- Prices hold rather than creep, with a lifetime fixed rate or one fixed under Fixed for life or for 3 years, then rises by ILS 10.
- Host network is Partner and Pelephone, so coverage comes from established Israeli operators.
- Roaming reaches 49 countries, useful for regular travellers.
Cons
- Service is limited to a single market, IL, so it is of no use outside Israel.
- As an MVNO, coverage is not its own: it depends on Partner and Pelephone for signal in some areas.
- Prices are not locked forever under every plan, since Fixed for life or for 3 years, then rises by ILS 10 leaves a route to a higher monthly figure.
- Its data allowances are capped rather than unlimited, unlike plans priced near €14.53 on wider sites.

Scored 9.1 / 10 by TariffCue.
Who it suits
- Budget users in Israel who mainly need data on a cheap month to month deal
- Travellers from Israel who want roaming across 49 countries
- People already on Partner and Pelephone who want lower bills without changing network
Who should look elsewhere
- Anyone outside Israel, since the brand serves a single market: IL
- Buyers who want an unlimited plan, as the ranges here are capped, not the €14.53 style of unlimited deal
- People who want a new handset with the deal, since sim only is the only route offered
Core features
019 Mobile sells sim only tariffs, with no handset attached, so you bring your own phone and pay for the line alone. eSIM is available, which means you can activate a plan without waiting for a physical card, and 5G is offered on the network. For travel, roaming covers 49 countries, so a trip abroad does not mean losing the line. Data comes in fixed buckets rather than unlimited allowances, and the site tracks sim only and eSIM availability as standard features across most plans it lists. The emphasis is on cheap data with a short commitment, not on extras such as bundles or subsidies.
The company behind it
019 Mobile is a mobile virtual network operator rather than a network owner, running on Partner and Pelephone. The legal entity behind the brand is 019 Communication Services Ltd, registered in Israel and trading since 2013, so it is an established operator rather than a new entrant. Support is offered through phone, chat and email, covering phone, chat and email, so there are several ways to reach the company. Because it is an MVNO, day to day coverage and network performance come from the host operator rather than from its own towers.

Frequently asked questions
What is the cheapest 019 Mobile plan?+
Plans start from ILS 10 a month. The lowest tier is the Ten package, which pairs a small data allowance with a lifetime fixed price, so the figure does not drift upward while you stay on it.
Do 019 Mobile prices go up after a period?+
It depends on the plan. Some tariffs are fixed for life, while others are fixed for a set period and then rise, as set out in Fixed for life or for 3 years, then rises by ILS 10. Check which rule applies to the package you pick before you sign up.
Can I get a 019 Mobile plan without a new phone?+
Yes. 019 Mobile is sim only, so you keep the handset you already have and just add the line. If you want an eSIM instead of a physical card, that is offered too, so nothing needs posting to you.
How long is the contract on 019 Mobile plans?+
The plans run on 1-month terms, which keeps commitments short. There is a long contract to lock into, and billing is available on rolling and prepaid bases, so a rolling or prepaid arrangement is possible.
Which network does 019 Mobile run on?+
It is an MVNO and its host network is Partner and Pelephone. Coverage therefore depends on those hosts, which is worth weighing if signal quality in your area matters more to you than the monthly price.
Where does 019 Mobile work?+
The service is built for a single market, IL, with the company registered in Israel. It is a domestic option rather than something to look at if you need service across several countries.
Does 019 Mobile include roaming?+
Roaming reaches 49 countries, so trips abroad stay connected on the same line. 5G is also offered, and eSIM activation lets you set up a plan while travelling rather than waiting for post.
How do I reach 019 Mobile support?+
You can get hold of the company by phone, chat and email, so phone, chat and email are all open routes to an answer. That mix covers urgent questions and anything that needs a written record at the same time.
