What is Unit rate?

In short

The unit rate is the price of one unit of energy, so it works out differently in each market.

A unit rate is the price of one unit of energy, so a bill can be worked out by multiplying the rate by usage. It is the cleanest way to compare tariffs once the standing charge is added. Enel charges €0.11 and Endesa charges €0.12. ELECTRICITY RATINGS lists $0.062 to $0.15, and Alperia charges €0.13.
